We have been involved as lead counsel in most of the major antitrust and DMA litigation cases in the Netherlands. We have unique insights into the strategies of the defence side because we helped devise these strategies as defence attorneys.

We have represented plaintiffs or defendants in more than fifteen major collective action cases, including Dutch collective damages (WAMCA) and collective settlement (WCAM) cases, as well as mass tort actions.

We act in disputes involving banks, asset managers, investors and regulators, from prospectus liability and duty-of-care claims to enforcement proceedings before financial supervisors.

We litigate high-value contractual and tortious disputes before the Dutch courts and in arbitration, often with cross-border elements and parallel proceedings in other jurisdictions.

Sustainability, human rights and supply chain obligations increasingly end up before the courts. We advise and litigate on climate claims, greenwashing and corporate accountability.
